Form and Function
The Premana Professional line offers high quality, reliable tools intended to endure the rigors of daily use. Each tool has been carefully designed for optimal performance, comfort, and durability.

Blades
The expertly heat treated stainless steel blades are convex ground, providing an excellent cutting edge that is long lasting and easy to sharpen.

Handles
The handles were developed in collaboration with the Ergonomics of Posture and Movement research unit at the Polytechnic University of Milan. Extensive testing was performed to achieve designs that offer the utmost in comfort and safety.

Antibacterial Protection
Sanelli and Biomaster have developed antimicrobial handles for the Premana Professional Line of tools. Biomaster utilizes silver ion technology to inhibit the growth and replication of microbes. A special formulation of silver ions are permanently added to the matrix of the handle material. Silver is non-leaching, stable, and offers safe antimicrobial protection for the lifetime of the tool. Lab testing shows Biomaster to be 99.7% effective in the eradication of E. Coli and Staph (MRSA), earning ISO22196:20111 certification.
