You must be of legal age to purchase a knife from me and, by buying the knife, you are representing that you’ll use it in a lawful manner. It is your responsibility to know, and comply with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession and/or use, of any item purchased from me. I will not be responsible for any harm caused by the knife or its user.

Disclaimer

By placing an order the buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. We assume no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies.

Also, we do not give refunds on items that are lost or stolen in the mailing process,if you want your package insured please say so at the time of purchase,you will then be required to sign for it. Insurance on your package can be purchased at buyers expense.

If you purchase insurance from the USPS through us,for your package and it is lost,we will reimburse you when they pay us out,and only what they pay us.

We do not insure any outgoing packages outside of the U.S.A. and we assume no responsibility for delivery on any such overseas packages. It is out of our control once the package is given to the carrier.

Return Policy

You must Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Shipping charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The item must be returned in the same condition as received , and must be shipped fully insured via USPS Priority. We do not guarantee natural handle materials. If an item needs to be returned due to our error, we will offer a full refund less original shipping. Contact us before sending any item back as a return. All returns are done at our discretion, and buyers remorse is not a reason for a return

Absolutely no returns/refunds on custom ordered cutlery. Deposits on such orders and work are not refundable. If you custom order a piece through us from any of our makers and do not like it, we will sell it for you, our commission for this service is generally 25% of the price we receive at it’s sale.
